Thank you for your interest in registering with SoulDaisy as a wholesale buyer. Access to our wholesale area is limited to clothing stores that fit well with our target market. NOTE: We require a minimum of 3 trade references* [with contact names and phone numbers] when you register online. If you prefer, you may register over the phone by calling 604-839-7685. All applications are screened on an individual basis. Upon verification of the information you provide, we will send you a username and password to access our wholesale area (usually within 48 hours or 2 business days).

* Due to the nature of the internet, and the high volume of registrations we receive, valid trade references are required to confirm your intent to purchase and good-standing with other businesses.

Listed below is a brief summary of our terms and conditions. Complete terms and conditions of sale are available to Registered Wholesale Users only.

1. MINIMUM ORDERS + ORDERING DEADLINES:

Our minimum purchase for wholesale orders is $500 per season. Our wholesale prices range from $10 - $200 CDN and $10 - $150 USD. TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY FOR SPRING 2008, PLEASE ORDER BEFORE NOVEMBER 30, 2007. We do not over-stock every item. Once our ordering deadlines have passed, we will accept orders subject to availability and garments already ordered by other stores in your town or city neighbourhood.

2. SUMMARY OF OUR SHIPPING TERMS:

We ship to anywhere in the world. Just tell us where!

Spring/Summer 2008 ships April 1 - April 15, 2008. Fall/Winter 2008 ships August 15 - Sept 1, 2008. If you require an alternate delivery date, please email order@souldaisy.com as we may be able to accommodate you. Delivery on wholesale orders placed after our ordering deadlines may vary slightly. If you are reordering in mid-season or would like to order mid-season, some items may be available for IMMEDIATE delivery - please send us your order regardless of date and we will notify you if anything you want is not available.

3. SUMMARY OF OUR PAYMENT TERMS:

All orders outside of Canada are shipped AFTER receipt of Paypal confirmation, money order, certified/cashier's cheque or bank-to-bank wiring. To ensure on-time delivery, we recommend that you mail us your cheque/money order at least 2 weeks before the delivery date.

SoulDaisy DOES NOT offer terms, goods on consignment, or accept wholesale orders under $500.

4. SUMMARY OF OUR RETURN POLICY:

Within two weeks of delivery, SoulDaisy will happily issue a credit to your account or exchange your products if they are defective, not as ordered or over shipped. Items must be returned unworn, with tags attached and in perfect condition. Please note that shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable.
